After attending the University of Florida, Chad became a full time Realtor. Now, with over 6 years of experience, Chad opened his own Real Estate Brokerage that is known as “Palmetto Realty”. Chad has been a lifelong resident of West Volusia. Living in De Leon Springs, Pierson, and now Deland.

Chad’s number one priority is to ensure his customers are left with a positive and lasting impact when their transaction comes to an end. Using local expertise, innovative marketing, and a hands-on approach; Chad focuses on giving his customers a fresh perspective into our local real estate markets. Chad holds designations/awards for “Top Producer” at his previous brokerage for 2018, 2019, and 2020. In addition, Chad has also been awarded the Circle of Excellence for 2018, 2019, and 2020. When Chad is not assisting his customers, he is spending time with his beautiful wife and baby girl, enjoying the outdoors, and getting involved with our community.
